Arising almost miraculously out of the earth surrounding the Tlaxcala valley, our premium vodka spirit boasts 43% ABV, free of harmful congeners or added sugars, consisting of sprouted Mexican blue corn from carefully-preserved heirloom seedlines.
Tasting Notes:
Dominant: Nixtamalized corn, toasted cocoa, espresso coffee, and malt. Secondary: Light tortilla aroma, sweet flour, burnt caramel, vanilla, and an earthy touch.
